This property would not be a place I would normally stay in, but the LOCATION and the PRICE were great. The Inn was super clean, the shower was super hot and had great pressure, and the breakfast in the morning was simple with bagels, English Muffins, fruit, yogurt, and cereal options. What more could you ask for free? They always say location is the most impt thing so this place it was LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!!

Nicely decorated, comfortable room. Front desk and breakfast room staff were very friendly. Parking on site was very convenient. Close to great restaurants and activities in downtown Newport.

Great location and loved the rooftop patio. The room was a bit dated and could use some blackout curtains, but otherwise very comfortable. We also were right by a morning shuffling of garbage cans —likely a city worker and not the fault of the hotel at all—but it was quite an early, noisy garbage can ordeal outside.
