Beautiful ocean front condo remodeled in May 2023. Incredible views of Nye beach and the Yaquina Lighthouse! Just one block to the restaurants and shops at the charming downtown of Nye beach. Condo building features a swimming pool and spa and steps to the beach. On-site laundry, Beautiful sunsets and nice neighborhood for walks with an ocean view. Visit Nanas Pub Restaurant or any of the many seafood restaurants within walking distance or a short 15 min. drive to the Newport Marina for Ripleys Believe it or not, or the local aquarium.
Many interesting hikes and trails within a short drive away.
Condo features Queen sized bed, comfy sofa that converts to full size sofa bed, fireplace, large TV, internet, full kitchen with brand new stainless steel refrigerator, microwave and full size electric range, toaster.

The place was filthy and dishwasher wasn’t attached to cabinet. No returned messages.
Not impressed was due to dirt hair, sand and bugs on floors. Rugs in bathrooms are filthy and dirty. Hair, crumbs with sesame seeds on and in couch. Stained mattress on the hide a bed. (foul order possibly hard water and/or mold) Appliances are in need or maintenance and repair. Wall heater near slider door has burnt markings on grill plate not sure safe to use. Dishwasher was free moving in cabinet. Fear to use as we wondered if it would leak or possibly be pulled from electrical connections. Standing mobile fan was absolutely covered in greasy dirt/mold.

Great Nye Beach Condo
This condo was a perfect choice for our Anniversary retreat. Clean, comfortable and quiet. The sunsets above e the waves were exquisite.

Great Week at the Beach!
Great condo with amazing views and fun lighthouses! The beach access is right in the backyard, but just FYI it's about 100 stairs down to the beach. There is a place to sit and rest in the middle! It was easy for us but might be difficult for some. The bed was comfy and the kitchen well stocked. The master bathroom could use some updating - the shower has a handheld adjustable showerhead. We preferred to shower in the bathtub/shower in the hall bathroom. We loved the location - easy walk to food and shopping. There was enough wind to fly our trick kites. We also brought our ebikes and had some super fun rides on the beach when the tide was out! There's a hose by the pool to rinse the sand off everything and a bike rack just below the stairs. Great vacation!

Great location and view!
The view & location is great! My favorite time was drinking my coffee on the deck in the morning, then watching the sunset. The view looking north is spectacular. Nice size kitchen & great table for playing cards. The cleaner used has such a, knock you over, strong, weird smell. Thankfully we were able to air it out when opening all the doors. I would let the cleaners know the smell is not a good clean kind of smell, and please use something else. It is seriously too strong and smells bad. The pool was disappointing. One of the reasons we chose this location. The pool is very small off the parking lot. Too many kids on this particular weekend My friend told me the bed in the bedroom was comfortable. I was stuck with the hide a bed couch & it was extremely uncomfortable. The second night I put all the couch cushions on top of the “mattress“ & I felt like I was going to roll off. At 2:30 in the morning I thought it would be better to just put it back together as a couch and just sleep on the couch. But I was too tired to try and fix it again. Also, the hide a bed did not have any sheets or bed pillows! The wall mirror in the small bathroom has a fancy with a light built in! But no counter space to put your make up and other toiletries on. I would suggest putting this mirror in the large bathroom and the basic mirror in the small bathroom. Then the mirror can be used for what it is designed for. Great spot but too uncomfortable on couch bed to rent again.

Great experience!
Stellar view from balcony. Quiet neighborhood so all we hear were waves. There was an issue with the door lock upon first arrival but it was quickly addressed with a phone call. The property owner was quick to respond and make sure we were good. Everything was neat and tidy. Beds and sofa were pretty comfortable. I would recommend an anti-slip shower mat for the master bathroom.

The best part of this property is the location. Perfect distance to many things to do and amazing view of the ocean. We also loved the pool on property However, it's kinda down hill from there. While the place looked clean....the smell was very off-putting. It just had a grimy, dingy smell, which I attributed to the very stale, stagnant air. And the couch. None of the windows open, and there is no central air. The air does NOT move. The only access to fresh air was through the slider which is fine, but without a screen to keep bugs out...it wasn't realistic to keep it open for too long. The manager was quick to bring us a fan to use, but unfortunately it really didn't help. Not to mention it was dusty. We kept ourselves busy so not to be stuck inside for long. Beds and everything else was just ok. I wouldn't stay in this particular condo again though.

Beautiful view
It was a great stay! Every accommodation you’d expect from a full service hotel. The bedroom is in the back of the unit but if you want to sleep with an ocean view the sofa bed folds out. Walking distance to lots of shops and good food. The rest of Newport is a short drive. 10/10! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The view of the Pacific was wonderful. Flat was clean and suitably furnished. But do you really need a nine digit code for the keypad lock on the door? Precise pushing of the buttons made several tries necessary. And washer dryer are not in the unit. Ok but I wouldn’t stay here again.

Overall good stay, nice unit with all the needed dishes and seasonings for cooking, shower in master bath was great, the smaller bathroom could use a better shower head. Good cleanliness overall but I’d recommend leaving a scent spray in the unit for guests to use as the couch had a slight smell and the blanket that was left on the couch was dirty

Great property! Everything is clean and just as you see in pictures. The kitchen is well stocked and the view from the balcony cannot be beat! I had some trouble with the keyless entry pad (one number seems to short out periodically) but persistence pays off. I will be back! Condo is located in fabulous neighborhood and is within walking distance to fun stores and restaurants!

Our Favorite Place
We have been staying in this condo complex for years and you cannot beat the location. This was our first stay in this unit and it was fabulous. The remodel was perfect and the view spectacular, even though it was a rainy visit. Everything was as advertised and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Walk to Nye Beach and all the restaurants and get a reservation @ Local Ocean for outstanding seafood. Thank you so much for sharing this lovely unit. I am a native of Newport and Oregon...we will be back!

Great location very clean
This is a great place to stay!! We were there for a few days and wish we could have stayed longer. The beds were the best I have had in a property we have rented. Usually places put the cheapest option possible. These had great mattresses and bedding. Even the couch bed was memory foam. The only thing I would critique is the space for parking was not well identified and the numbers didn’t make a lot of sense. We arrived at night and had a bit of an issue trying to find the spot. (Numbers need to be repainted is all). I would stay again in a heart beat.
