"Property was not well looked after. Blinds were missing from Windows, surfaces had not been cleaned, the kitchen was missing many essential items such as forks, broken glass outside the back door, last guests dirty laundry left in the dinning room, the list goes on. Really put a downer on the first day of the holiday. I don't expect to have to provide essentials like forks and kitchen knives and clean on arrival. Manager of property was initially understanding but is now ignoring my emails."

Groups Welcome, large historic manor next to ancient castle and pub in Wales!

9.8 out of 10, Exceptional, (29)
"Honestly one of the best stays I've had. Becky answered all my very annoying questions prior to arriving and was super friendly when we arrived. We were 13 and the place was large enough for us all. There's lots of seating inside and outside. The hot tub is really lovely, clean and large! The place was spotless and has all these cute medieval bits and bobs everywhere which is super vibey! The kitchen has everything we needed for cooking for lots of people. There was a sweet arrival pack of tea,...

Remarkable 4-Bed Cottage in Cearleon

9.0 out of 10, Wonderful, (2)
"We had a great family weekend away. The house is lovely and the beds were very comfortable. Its run by the pub next door and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Very good location for shops if you run out of supplies. BBQ could do with a good clean as too dirty and rusty to use. Stairs very narrow and windy so not suitable for people with limited mobility."
