"Perfect cottage for 2. Had all we could need and was warm and cosy. Upside down so living area upstairs. Our dogs were cosy on their beds down in the kitchen in the evenings. Very clean. Good garden and very peaceful. "

A cosy cottage for 5 at the foothills of the Preseli Mountains
8.8 out of 10, Excellent, (6)
"A lovely few days away in a great location. Town of Newport just a few mins drive away and the nearby beach provided a great walk for all of use, including our dog. Our rating is based on the following points which are important to note when booking. The garden is not secure as described. This meant we were unable to let our dog into the garden without a lead. This was a little frustrating as we had specifically booked a cottage with a secure garden with the dog in mind. Whilst the cottage is...

A gorgeous property right on the beach - perfect for families
10.0 out of 10, Exceptional, (10)
"As a family of 5 along with another couple we wanted a get away near the sea with nearby walks and our wishes were granted, the bay was only a stones throw from the cottage and the coastal path walks straight from the cottage were stunning. As its more or less a dead end after the bay we felt we more or less had the area to ourselves. The cottage itself was perfect, plenty of space for all of us, with every room was a joy to be in. Pat the owner had thought of everything, from an abundance of...

Cosy, comfortable, quiet location, close to Pembs coast path,
9.4 out of 10, Exceptional, (8)
"Very pleased with the cottage & its level of convenience & comfort. We were made to feel very welcome. We did find the surrounding area of Pembrokeshire & Ceredigion somewhat sparse in terms of access to sea & ‘tourist’ provision. Access to & from Holmws Cottages can be somewhat tricky on a 60mph road near a hidden bend."

Beautifully converted barn on Angel Mountain (Carn Ingli). Sea view & spectacular sunsets
10.0 out of 10, Exceptional, (3)
"We were looking for something quiet and relaxing, with beautiful views, this property did not disappoint. It was clean and check in was simple. Once settled we spent the weekend walking the beaches with our two dogs who were in their element. The accommodation was clean and we had absolutely everything we needed for the weekend. The underfloor heating in the downstairs of the property was an added bonus on a cold day. We would definitely visit again."
