"I’ve been staying at the Kingsgate resort twice a year for the last four years. It was a nice surprise to get an updated room new carpet new furnishings. The best part is that they modified the restrooms where you have better water, pressure and hot water the resort in south is nice And staying in December and they had the resort decorated with Christmas lights around the outer barriers area. I would recommend this to any family wanting to stay."

We could walk right to the beach and we also walked to a nearby playground for the Saturday Farmer's Market. We talked to one of the neighbors while we were out walking and they were very friendly.
