Island View is a Stunning Penthouse apartment boasting its own dedicated parking space and an uninterrupted, spectacular sea view overlooking beautiful Towan Beach. Nestled in the heart of Newquay, every convenience is just a leisurely stroll away, from the golden sands to the bustling harbour, fantastic restaurants and vibrant nightlife, there is something for everyone here! Whether you're planning a romantic retreat or a fun family beach holiday, Island View is your perfect getaway!
The space
Island View accommodates up to four guests and a baby. The first bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed and a private ensuite bathroom. In the second bedroom, you'll find two single beds that can be effortlessly transformed into a king-size bed upon request. We've also provided a travel cot and high chair for our youngest visitors.

PLEASE NOTE - Bed Configuration will be a King and 2 x singles unless guests notify us on booking, or pre-arrange at least one week in advance to have the singles converted into a king. Bedding for the travel cot is not included, so be sure to bring your own. Bedding & Towels are provided - Beach Towels are not provided.

The apartment boasts a fully equipped kitchen, ensuring you have everything you need to prepare delicious meals. Stay entertained with a Smart TV and stay connected with broadband Wi-Fi (please see the note below).

To ensure a smooth start to your stay, we provide an initial supply of tea, coffee, sugar, milk, toilet rolls, dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, and soap. Keep in mind that this supply may not last for your entire stay, so plan accordingly.
Other things to note
PLEASE NOTE that although there is a lift in the building, its availability during your stay cannot be guaranteed. For this reason we do not include it in our listing and guests need to be physically able to ascend/descend three flights of stairs to access the apartment.

Newquay does not have access to fiber-optic broadband. Although our broadband connection is perfectly suitable for browsing and more, there is an internet café/co-working space nearby offering fast satellite internet for those who require it.
