Convenient ski in/ski out condo at desirable Brookside, with unique heated outdoor pool (for winter swim) & hot tub. Oversized corner unit on top floor (3rd) with stunning view of Sunday River ski mountain. Remodeled one bedroom unit with new leather reclining sectional - Perfect for family movie night! Corner unit boasts additional windows (bedroom & living room) - Enjoy more beautiful views and natural sunlight. The perfect cozy setting for you to unwind after a fun day of skiing right outside your door! Guests are also provided a key for use of ski locker. Note: there are stairs to upstairs bedroom. ENJOY!

NO PETS ALLOWED due to severe family allergies to animals. Extensive cleaning will be required and charged to guest.

Linens, towels, pool towels, pillows and bedding are provided.

Coffee / Coffee Maker
Keurig coffee maker and startup supply of K-Cups is provided. Bringing additional K-Cups is recommended.

Ski weekend
Very clean and functional space. Great access to amenities and ski on/off. Good amount of space for two adults. Would recommend and would stay again. Thanks for a great stay!

Ski weekend!
This was a Christmas gift! Weekend away! Great location and close to everything on the mountain. The ski in and out was perfect. Then to go to the condo after a full day of skiing an connecting with family and friends was warm and cozy. We also saw the fireworks going off in the night! Amazing spot and we will definitely return! Thanks again! Loved the visit!
