This cozy and comfortable condo will work great for a small family or even a couple. The downstairs offers a kitchen, dining, and elevated living areas for guests to spend time together, watch TV or catch up on a good book. Upstairs, there is a large open bedroom with enough space for the whole family with its added twin bunk beds. The condo also offers an outside deck which showcases the resort scenery, and you'll have access to a shared heated pool!

Conveniently located at the north end of the Sunday River Ski Resort, this condo offers easy access to the Sundance Trail which will take you right to abundant skiing opportunities that the resort has to offer. After a long day of skiing, the Trail's End Restaurant & Tavern and Frank's Bar and Grille are both close to the condo.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Conveniently located, comfortable condo
We enjoyed the ski in/ski out availability at this rental, and for the price it was very comfortable. Would recommend for a short getaway.

Clean and convenient
Easy checkin with key code, parking was perfect, and very easy in/out skiing. Enjoyed the balcony and found the bed comfortable. Everything worked as advertised and many extra blankets. Didn't go to Franks but there is a nice looking restaurant/bar on premise.

Nice convenient condo
Nicely furnished, comfy beds. No dish towels, so bring your own. Also need to bring a coffee scoop. Drive around the left side of the building to park in the back to be closer to the door to the South section. Very easy to get on and off the slopes!

Lacking in kitchen essentials
The location was great. The kitchen had bare essentials. One of the pans should be thrown out. The nonstick coating has been scratched almost completely off. No bottle opener or can opener. The purpose of staying there was for the location mainly. But being able to cook breakfast and dinner would have been better than going out to eat. All in all it was a fantastic ski trip.

Perfection
It couldn't be any easier to hop on the trails with the 2 kids from this condo. You can tell the owners care about their guest's experience by the care of the condo, the decor, and the amenities. My 5 YO loved the board games and puzzles after a long day on the slopes. The condo was immaculate as well. Thank you Shelby and Vacasa team!

Not elegant, but a great location
True ski in ski out. Amazing location! It was not without issues however. The dishes were dirty, the towels had a yellowish stain to them, and everything was super old. That all being said, everything was functional and we had a great time. We would stay again, but if you require fancy stuff, this ain’t it. If you just want a perfect ski location, go no further.

overall very nice. cozy ski condo
Overall our family of 4 enjoyed our stay. It is compact (especially the kitchen), but it is well laid out. Having one bedroom worked out fine as there was plenty of space for the 4 of us. Some small gripes, but would definitely stay again! Minor gripes: when we arrived the place reeked of cigarette smoke. It is supposed to be non-smoking, so not sure if the previous renter smoked, but it was bad. Leaving the place open for an hour helped a lot - so it seemed like it wasn't normally smoked in. The ski locker downstairs is quite small (and walk to the small red lockers at the end! - not the large grey ones before them). I could barely fit in 2 snowboards and 2 sets of skis. Could not fit in the 3rd snowboard we had...). There are some missing kitchen items, such as a kettle, dry cup measures.. but very minor.

Great Location, needs attention
Property is a great location for lift access! The property is not well managed, as neither heat source worked in the upstairs bedroom. They had supplied a space heater but it didn't put out heat. Many lights in the unit were not working, presumably because the bulbs were burned out. A call to Vacasa went unanswered and we were left to our own devices. I did not get an email from Vacasa regarding check-in and had to call them. Message to the owner also went unanswered. Otherwise, the unit is good, clean and functional. No issues except the above.

Dirty water
Do not stay here. Sure convenient which is why we have stayed here but we stayed once , complained, assured it would be fixed. Stayed again our kids showered so didn’t notice the residue in the tub. Stayed again and gave them a tub and the residue that remained would make you sick. I can’t believe I put my children in my his position again. Bad on me for trusting this would be resolved, will be a better and more diligent mother next time!
