Newly renovated in-law suite offers high-end finishes and all brand-new furniture, making it the perfect place for any occasion and guests! With 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, hot tub, fire pit and massive yard on over an acre, this suite fits your needs.

It is accessible up stairs through a separate entrance in the garage from the main home.

***A legally signed rental agreement and $300 security deposit hold is required for all stays. The Rental Agreement can be seen under the house rules section. All reservations are considered tentative for 48 hours, or until a signed agreement is received, whichever comes first.

***PLEASE NOTE: This is not a party property, absolutely no parties! The minimum age to book is 25 years old. All parties, unless children with parents, are required to be 25 years or older. If you book under false pretenses, you will be asked to leave with no refund. No smoking and no pets permitted.

***ALL WHEEL DRIVE with winter tires or 4 WHEEL DRIVE (4x4) vehicle is NECESSARY in Winter. Driveway to the house is steep especially with ice/snow in the winters.

General: Free Starlink internet accessible throughout the home.
***Weather conditions may impact internet especially during heavy snowfall if our starlink heating mode cannot melt the snow off the dish fast enough
***Backyard patio table and chairs are stored for winter
***We do not provide firewood for the backyard fire pit, please buy your own if you decide to use the fire pit
***We do not have the fire pit snow shoveled

Family friendly: Children dinnerware and games are provided.

PARKING: 3 car garage + free parking on driveway, plenty of space for additional cars, boats, outdoor gear.

CLEANING: Our cleaners follow an enhanced cleaning protocol to provide a clean and safe space for your visit. A starter pack will be provided with all stays and includes laundry detergent, dishwashing pods, trash bags, toilet paper and paper towels. Washer and dryer, ironing board and iron are available for use on site.

CAMERAS: Cameras are in use at the front door, and side of property for your safety. Any tampering with, removing, disconnecting, moving, or covering equipment is grounds for immediate cancellation and removal without refund.

REFUNDS: We do not offer refunds for weather, weather related issues or natural disasters. Please consider travel insurance if you have any concerns.
