Rooms were nice with some lovely touches (Dyson hairdryer, pillow spray, nice radio) but very small and quite noisy - could easily hear footsteps and voices above. The handheld showers in both rooms were leaking; and things like trying to locate radiator valve to put heat on caused unnecessary stress. Breakfast was excellent and the communal lounge area was very pleasant. I didn’t stay with dogs but based on the dog amenities I have recommended to friends. "
