The service was impeccable from the check-in bHowever we had disrupted sleep staying in the Ruby Room (which faced the road) as renovations went on till early in the morning.
The hotel staff were sympathetic and offered to move us to another room. They also arranged for a complimentary airport transfer.

If you want to stay in / close to the Old Quarter, this is a great option. We did the old quarter suite which is at the back of the hotel so slightly quieter. Very convenient and walkable to all areas.

An unforgettable birthday stay! The room was spotless and the entire staff was incredibly attentive. The food was delicious, but the highlight was the excellent sky bar—the bartenders are true pros. A huge thank you for the unexpected birthday surprise; it made my day truly special!

Hotel de Lagom is a fantastic boutique hotel. The communication with their staff has been excellent, with consistent engagement before arrival, and their warm welcome has been outstanding.
Breakfast was amazing, featuring a variety of local and Western dishes. Highly recommend this hotel which is located in the old quarter which has great views of Hanoi from their rooftop and the room was clean and spacious.
