"It was very difficult to find a location for this accommodation before arriving. The only internet location we had been able to find, was incorrect. We had to phone the number provided then pay someone to lead us there. The sitting area was nice and there was plenty of ventilation. "This was a splurge reservation at the end of our ten days in Tanzania. What a treat that was-especially after struggling with Internet and other “missing” items at other properties. Everything about the Neptune property was first rate from the furnishings to the food to the convenience and the staff. Yes, the price point was higher than we normally spend but truly if you get what you pay for, the price seems justified. At Neptune we received what we paid for and then some!"

Untrustworthy company

"This company is completely untrustworthy. We had one night reserved here and two night at another of their properties. We wanted to stay at this property for an extra night, and cancel the first night at the other property. Everyone told me this would be fine - the staff at this hotel, the staff at the second hotel, and their main office staff. They said to book the second night at this place and then send a request through to cancel the first night at the other property and they would accept it. So I did that. But they rejected my request. They blamed the computer systems, claiming to have accepted. The property manager at the other hotel assured me that the company would sort it out with the travel agency. He even told me he had a notation in the file about the size of the refund. I followed up to get the refund for the first night at the other property and now the main office is saying we stayed there for the full two nights which is completely false. Needless to say, I have enough documentation to challenge this through my credit card, but I shouldn't have to. Long story short, don't do business with this company - they will lie to you and everyone else just to squeeze some extra money out of you. "
