Disappointing, hidden charges
Within the Maple building, there is the hotel and apartments. The hotel use the pool etc for free. The apartment says it has an outdoor pool and gym, however you have to pay £5 per person per day to use this. There is nothing on the policies and fees section to say you have to pay for this, and we only found out when we got there. The apartment staff did nothing to help. Our sheets were not changed in the 4 nights we stayed. Breakfast was good. The hotel is not in a great area - you have to access it down a side street which cars cannot easily fit down. Very near to the beach but you have to cross an extremely busy road to get there.

당황스런 호텔
난 호텔을 예약하고 나짱을갓다 근데 내가 본호텔방하고는 틀려서 너무 당황스러웟다 이번이 4번째 방문한호텔이다 방을 업그레이드 시켜달라니까 업체가 틀리다고한다 몇회사가 들어와서 호텔 몇개를 얻어서 우리들한테 상품을 판매하는식같다 호텔에다 애기도못하고 너무 짜증이낫다 다른븬들은 직접 호텔에서 예약하고가셔요 좀싸다해서 다른쪽으로 예약하는건 하지않으셔야할듯 전 이번에 처음으로 실수로 방을 예약해서 가족들한테 너무 미안한 마음이였다 사진보고 예약을햇는데 그방이 전혀아니였다 잘알아보고 호텔 예약하셔요

이곳은 메이플 호텔이 아닙니다!! 낚이지마세요!!
꼭 알아두세요,, 이곳은 메이플호텔이 아닙니다!! 저도 호텔스닷컴에서 낚였어요ㅠㅠ 메이플호텔은 저 건물의 7층?까지만 해당되는거고, 그 이상은 아파트먼트로 구성되어있는데, 이곳은 몇개의 룸을 임대해서 자기네가 렌탈을 하는 형식이었어요.. 체크인카운터가 24시간으로 되어있어서 철석같이 믿고 새벽에 도착했는데, 체크인카운터라고 말하는 11층의 어느 호수는 아무리 두들겨도 문이 열리지 않았습니다.. 심지어 제 도착 예정시간을 말해뒀는데도요,, 결국 호텔 카운터 가서 도와달라고 사정하고, 그 분이 개인 휴대폰으로 체크인관련 연락처로 수 회 연락해서 극적으로 연락이 닿았습니다.. 문을 잠그고 자고있던거더라구요 ^^ 그 분 아니였으면 졸지에 체크인도못하고 길바닥에 나앉을뻔했습니다.. 우연히 침대 아래를 봤는데 먼지가 가득했습니다. 티비장도 동일하구요,, 아마 보이는곳만 청소를 하는 것 같아요. 호텔이 아니니 당연히 조식은 없고, 대신 조리공간이 있었습니다. 확실히 가성비가 좋고 냉방시설도 잘 되어있으며 위치도 좋아서 잘 이용했으나, 새벽에 도착하거나, 아이가 있다면 추천하지 않습니다.

잠시머문곳으로최고의가성비
한국 리조트라고생각하시면되요 강원도쪽에있는 금? 한? 현?ㅋㅋㅋ 11층에서 체크인을해야하는 부분에 사전에미리알고가면 좋겠죠? 전체적으로 상담같은건 카톡이나 서비스전체 카톡으로 잘응대해줘요 그부분이젤마음에들었구요 주변이 무서울것같지만 주변이관광지라는점. 만족합니다. 나트랑떠나는날 10시간정도 머문곳이지만 갈곳없이 헤메이고싶지않아 정한숙박입니다. 충분히 훌룡합니다.

This is an apartment building that uses the same building as Maple Hotel, but has a completely different room arrangement. Cockroaches come out of the room, and I don't want to visit them next time.
