From the moment we arrived the staff were very kind and attentive offering us a drink and support with bags. The location is perfect and right next to the beach. The staff service was like no other, thank you to Trang our receptionist who helped us with advice on activities in the area. Would highly recommend!

Nice location. Friendly, accommodating staff. Convenient location. Didn't get upgrade initially, but after our to had a leak (it was raining our entire trip), we were upgraded to a new room. Loved the buffet breakfast. It was a different variety of food each day of our 3 day trip. Overall a great hotel and would stay again.

Ich habe nicht gemerkt dass es eine VIP Access Unterkunft ist. Das Personal war bemüht aber sehr verwirrt. Ich habe spontan um eine Nacht verlängert mit einer neuen Buchung das hat man aber gar nicht verstanden. Ich musste ein Check Out machen um 2 Stunden später wieder zum Check In zu kommen. Ich solle doch in der Zwischenzeit Lunchen gehen. Gut, habe ich gemacht aber Service ist was anderes. Gym ist total runtergekommen. Die Laufbänder funktionieren nicht mehr richtig und das höchste Gewicht ist 12kg bisschen traurig selbst für ein Hotel Gym. Frühstück war leider auch sehr schlecht Um 9:30 Uhr war bereits Tee leer, Säfte gab es nur welche, die komplett nach Zucker geschmeckt haben. Meine Spiegeleier musste ich zweimal bestellen, bis ich diese bekommen habe. Sehr schade. Auch die Atmosphäre war eher wie in einer Flughafenhalle, in der nur russisch gesprochen wurde.
