"Great place to stay for the price although you will have to drive or take the bus down to Clifton Hill or the falls. Very clean, kids loved the courtyard playground, arcade, and pool. Very clean, the only recommendation I would have is for them to clean the windows on the roof and around the courtyard and it would have a more premium feel. Lots of food options in the area, grocery store, dollar store, and drug store. Staff was always very pleasant and helpful. Beds are comfortable but the pillow cases are synthetic hydrophobic material which is not terrible but not the most comfortable. Rooms are clean, tvs are big, bathrooms are small and dated but nice. Parking is worth the $20 a night, there are cameras everywhere in the lot. "
"The location is excellent and very convenient. Parking was easy and convenient as well. The only drawback is that the breakfast area is a bit small, which can be inconvenient when it’s busy. Overall, it was a pleasant stay."
"Stayed on the 16th floor with waterfall views of American and Horseshoe Falls. I could sit in front of that window all night long. There were some dead bugs on the window ledge which I quickly cleaned up for obvious reasons. The beds were very comfortable and never used the TV since the views were that spectacular. The one negative thing was the tub. Strange bottom, shaped like a U, not flat. Tub was very slippery.
Aside from all of that, the stay was excellent. We ate one night at their Italian restaurant overlooking the falls. Pricy but excellent."
