I liked the location. The $40 per night pet fee is outrageous but I knew that going in. The $20 per night parking was nuts considering parking was plentiful and availability was goid. This property with extreme pet fees and parking fees cost an extra $120. Nickel and diming patrons.

The hotel is very centrally located and very close to Niagara Falls and Clifton Hill. The staff are very friendly. The breakfast is very good and varied, especially for me as a vegetarian.

The bed was terrible. The room was dusty and we ran into plumbing issues in the bathroom. The shower was clogged. They did compensate us $40 which totalled the amount we paid for parking for 2 nights. Days later, we realized they processed the transaction for the room, parking and 2 nights for 2 pups on separate transactions chargind us taxes on each transaction. On a small plus side, breakfast both days was decent.

I was in a room with an adjoining door and I could hear my neighbours as clearly as if they were in my same room. There was a 1.5inch gap under the door between our rooms, no rubber sweep or bottom to stop any of the noise.
