Poor experience
We arrived and our code wouldn’t work. We contacted the rental agency and they directed us to the rental in the back (our instructions said the front location). We got in and there was a sink full of dirty dishes and there was clearly someone still staying there. The one we walked in to was not the same based on the photos, which we told them when calling back. We were told our rental was double booked but they would find us a new place. They did and we ended up at a 5 bedroom house a few blocks away. While the new location was clean, it was not what we were expecting. The decor was drab and the overall situation left a bad taste in our mouth as we wasted 1.5 hours trying to get the situation corrected. We also lost trust since we walked in to a rental that we didn’t rent but had someone else’s personal property in it. We wondered how often the mishaps happened for this rental company and would it happen to us while we were away visiting the falls. We never saw the actual location we intended on renting so I’m not rating the location but the overall poor experience.
