Heritage House with Hot tub, Sauna, Fire Pit on Private yard

A stunning original heritage house set on a very large private secluded lot. The house has retained all of it's original charm. The house is surrounded by 100 yr old trees, perennial gardens and many of the local birds.

The interior has been restored to it's original beauty. The house has a very large eat-in kitchen and separate dining room, a very large double living room and 4 large bedrooms. The house is kept very clean.

There is two full washrooms on the second floor and one washroom on the main floor.

The private, fenced backyard is landscaped with wrap around gardens, and large outdoor deck, BBQ area and 6 person hot tub and 4 person outdoor sauna. The outdoor deck has a seating area adjacent to the bbq and hot tub.

The kitchen has a summer sunroom perfect for a romantic dining area for two overlooking the backyard.

The long driveway has plenty of parking. Easy access from the highway.

The historic and downtown tourist areas are just 2 minutes away including the falls and casinos.

Lovely Historic Property
Great piece of Canadian history. Lovely old home. Not in Niagara on the Lake as advertised. 5 min drive from downtown Niagara Falls (20 min walk) and 20 min drive to Niagara on the Lake. Property was really quaint and well maintained. Great for family or large group.

We absolutely could not have asked for a better property to stay. So close to all Niagara has to offer. Complete privacy for sauna and hot tub. Comfortable accommodations and plenty of extras the hosts include! The hosts were very responsive and communicated everything down to every detail. We had a wonderful time at Heritage House! Stepping back in time can be such a refreshing experience, especially when paired with modern amenities like a hot tub to relax in after a day of exploring Niagara Falls and area attractions. We had everything we needed and more, and we enjoyed the gift of the Sparkling Wine and Chocolates that were in the Wine fridge. The combination of old-world charm and modern comforts made our stay truly memorable.

Perfect spot for a girls weekend
This property is everything it says it is. It’s a charming home, that is spacious and comfortable. Lots of amenities included - as we enjoyed the sauna/ hot tub and the kitchen space to make meals. There was 6 of us total and we all had a bed on our own. Beds were very comfortable and the house as a whole was very clean. The owners were very easy to communicate with and friendly. We would definitely stay here again

A beautiful and cozy getaway
The place is very pretty and private. The outdoors is a beautiful and relaxing getaway that is private enough to enjoy and relax in. The inside is very spacious and cozy. All of the bathrooms are newly renovated, and even though the bedrooms are on the older side, they are comfy and perfect for guests. Some of the older furniture can start to wear as we found the master bedframe had ceacked, however the hosts were quick to respond and I'm sure quick to fix the problem!

We were 8 ladies and the pictures show proper patio furniture but it was not there. The house is fine (a little quirky and could use new furniture) but the properly is practically ON the highway. The noise was so bad that you had to yell while in the yard. If you simply want to be close to everything it is fine but don't expect to be relaxing outside.

Great Home and Stay in Niagara!
This beautiful heritage house is exactly as advertised and a great spot to enjoy the Niagara Region! My wife and I and six friends stayed for a birthday/anniversary celebration weekend and the house had plenty of room and was well equipped for us all! House was clean and Dina and Scott were super as owners to deal with. The hot tub was a nice touch and we were able to walk to Clifton Hill and all the attractions of the Falls in about 25 minutes. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Niagara! Thank you Dina and Scott!
