You can do everything on foot, stroll the streets, taste the local flavors.

Stunning views

Nice clean apartment with stunning views.Well maintained and typically equipped.The location is the best if you want to stay close to the beach in Cagnes sur mer.Everything is working well. Very good internet connection. The parking space is very small. Please rent the smallest car available in case you want to use it.

Lovely sea view appartment

Excellent property. Well equipped , clean, comfortable. Brilliant sea views. Easily accessible public transport. Friendly neighbours. My only gripe, and there is nothing that can be done about it. Is the proximity of the very busy road between the flat and the sea shore. Cagnes itself is delightful. Very French. Good restaurants, markets. New Intermarché on the corner only 100mtrs from flat. A gem for perfect vacation

First of all, wonderful people makes wonderful place. Caroline is kind and lovely, the exact type of host we hope for. The apartment is very clean and well equiped. Enjoy the beautiful ocean view from belcony, dinning table, even from bed.

Schönes Appartement in zentraler Lage

Wir waren vier Wochen zu Gast in diesem Appartement. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und die Nähe zum Meer und den Geschäften genossen, da wir vor Ort kein Auto hatten. Der Ausblick von der sechsten Etage hat uns auch an regnerischen Tagen entschädigt. Mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln kommt man sehr gut nach Nizza, Antibes etc. Wir haben das Appartement erneut für vier Wochen gebucht.

superb appartment with great view on the beach !

The apartment seduced me on the website and I was not disappointed at all : exemplary cleanliness, very bright, quiet , with everything you need , great views with the comings and goings of boats surrounded by beautiful small multicolored boats. The apartment is fully equipped and tastefully decorated and offer a lot of services (elevator , private parking and air conditioning in every room !). it is very clean, the beds are really comfortable , the wifi is very powerful and the terrace is amaizing. location so close : transport (bus , trains, taxis ... ) shops, restaurants, ice cream seller, regional market, and of course beautiful beach where we enjoyed every day swimming. Thanks to Gregory (he has been very reactif ) and Geoffroy who warmly welcomed us and guided our requests. thanks for the bottle of wine : really appraciate :) If I will come back to this city, we will definitly choose this appartment for sûr !! L'appartement m'a séduit sur le site et je n'ai pas été déçu : Propreté exemplaire, très lumineux, calme, avec tout le nécessaire, une vue magnifique avec les allées et venues de superbes bateaux entourés par les petites embarcations multicolores. L'appartement est entièrement équipé et décoré avec goût et on y trouve tous les services possibles (ascenseur, parking privé et climatisation dans toutes les pièces! ). il est très propre, les lits sont vraiment très confortables, la wifi est très puissante et la terrasse est magnifique. Emplacement idéal, tout à proximité: transports (bus, trains, taxis...) commerces, restaurants, glacier, marché régional, et bien sur superbe plage ou nous avons profité tous les jours de la baignade. Merci à Grégory qui a été très réactif dans les échanges et à Geoffroy qui nous a très bien accueilli et guidé dans nos demandes. Si je dois revenir dans la ville, nous choisirons cet appartement sans hésiter !!

Perfect Holiday

An amazing and modern retreat with all of the amenities you will need, including a sea view. The comfort and convenience of this apartment cannot be overstatated. The check in and check out were incredibly convenient, the location of the apartment is just perfect and you are surrounded by restaurants, stores, private beaches and it's a little slice of heaven.
