Located in Nice, La Casetta dei Fiori is a beautiful 130 square metre holiday rental villa with a pool and air conditioning. It is equipped to accommodate 7 people and has a lovely terrace with a dining area and a barbecue near the pool.



This villa benefits from high-quality furnishings and consists of a fully equipped open-plan kitchen opening onto the living room with a dining area, 4 bedrooms - one with 2 single beds, the 2nd with a Queen size bed (160 cm), the 3rd with a double bed (140 cm) and the last bedroom/office with a single sofa bed, 2 bathrooms with a bathtub, one with a shower in addition to the bathtub and 3 toilets.



Located on the nearby hills of Nice, it enjoys a magnificent panoramic sea view. 15 minutes from the centre of Nice, 4 km from the beaches and 1 km from the shops.

Fantastisk udsigt - skøn pool

Vores familie (2 voksne og 2 børn på 14 og 10) har tilbragt en uge i huset i juli måned. Vi nød poolen og den fantastiske udsigt. Spiste ude hver dag og grillede flere aftener. Afstand til supermarked og Nice by var fin for os, og vi både kørte selv og var også med taxa - begge dele uden problemer.
