Fantastic clean quiet apartment near center
Very easy to get to with all the pluses like a washing machine. Quiet neighborhood but Close to downtown and trăin and bus transport. Twelve days flew right by.

Very good location in the French Riviera
I spent 10 days with my parents in this appartment in Beaulieu-sur-mer and I loved it. The appartment is very clean and comfortamble and situated in a calm and nice place 10 minutes a walk from the beach. Our host was very kind, he helped us a lot to spend a great time in his house. Simpel appartement maar heeft alles wat wij nodig hebben. Auto stond veilig achter een hek. Aardige mensen, spreken alleen maar Frans, dit maakt de communicatie wat lastig. Omgeving is geweldig, veel gefietst en gewandeld en de stranden iedere dag bezocht, ook eind september gewoon zomer! (Beautiful appartement, owners are nice people, speak no english which made communication little hard for us but worked out pretty well. Surrounding is beautiful, end of sept still summer weather and beach weather! Appartement was simple but ticks all the boxes, and clean!)

cet appartement est très propre et ultra fonctionnel. Nous avons très bien dormi.il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un agréable séjour. le parking voiture est top. On est au calme , pas un bruit ,c'est très reposant . Merci beaucoup à nos hôtes. PS: la région est très belle.

Tout était super
Nous y avons passé de très bonnes vacances. L'appartement est super équipé et idéalement situé entre Nice et Monaco. Les supermarchés, les transports en commun et la plage sont facilement accessibles à pied. Les hôtes sont très gentils et font de leur mieux. Nous serions ravis de revenir!

Gut ausgestattete, geräumige und ideal gelegene Wohnung (Ortszentrum und -strand sowie die wunderschöne vorgelagerte Halbinsel sind bequem zu Fuß, die weitere Umgebung bestens auch öffentlich erreichbar, Bahnhof und Bushaltestelle in unmittelbarer Nähe), nette Vermieter. 5* sans hésitation pour cette location entièrement rénovée avec vue sur la baie du Cap-Ferrat et à moins de 500 m à pied de la plage, des commerçants, de la gare et des arrêts de bus ! Avec en plus moustiquaires aux fenêtres, ventilateur central dans le séjour et la chambre, et un parking couvert privé fermé dans la propriété, ce qui n’a pas de prix dans la région ! La gentillesse des propriétaires n’étant pas en reste, et le prix sans concurrence, c’est parfait.

Appartement rénové avec goût. Propreté irréprochable et surtout grande gentillesse du propriétaire qui vient vous chercher à la gare si vous êtes venus en train chargés de bagages. Que dire de plus ? Excellent séjour.

Location refaite à neuf, situation idéale pour un excellent séjour
Accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires qui sont à la fois très disponibles et très discrets. On se sent très vite comme chez soi. L'appartement très spacieux a été refait à neuf. Propreté irréprochable, vue imprenable sur St Jean cap ferrât, calme absolu. Situation idéale, à moins de 10mn à pied de la plage, des commerces et de la gare. Déplacements uniquement en train vers Nice, Monaco et Menton pour moins de 10€ aller/ retour pour un couple. Les 40 marches annoncées sont bien là, mais elle ne constituent pas de problème, même pour l'emménagement, les propriétaires proposant leur aide pour porter les bagages. Nous recommandons sans réserve.
