"Apartment is excellent. Close to everything including restaurants, the market, the beach and transportation. Very enjoyable stay except for the incredible amount of noise at all hours of the night from the restaurants and garbage collection."

"The accommodation was just great for our needs. Clean and tidy apartment just the right size. Our hosts were very accommodating and hospitable. There is a short ramp and a few steps to go down so be aware of that if this would give you difficulty. And if you are a fan of firm beds you will love this one. Would definitely stay again."

"The staff were super friendly and helpful with any questions. Breakfast had a nice variety of items. Room was basic but comfortable and roomy, great to have a kitchenette. Loved the high ceilings and classic feel of the room/building. Location was awesome and convenient for transportation/restaurants/shopping/beach. Would definitely recommend. "

"We had a lovely 9 nights in Cagnes sur Mer. The property is away from the main tourist areas which suited us perfectly. It is in a quiet residential area but within easy reach of shops, bars and restaurants. The 3 toilets in the apartment were a real bonus. The apartment itself is functional and well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. A 20 minute walk to either the beach or the lovely old town of Cagnes. We didn't have a car but the bus and train services in the area are...

"You can’t beat the location at this price. The steps are definitely a hike - especially with luggage - but if that’s not an issue for you, give this place a look. The views are worth it. We had enough space for our luggage and a space to drink wine in the evening and have breakfast in the morning. Stanislas was very responsive when we had an issue, getting it addressed as quickly as possible. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Nice hotel very close to the train station. If you are planning trips to nearby places like Mono and Cannnes, great location. Only a short walk to the beach. Super friendly and nice staff. Rooms look cool but a few small things that need repair or replacement. All in all - very nice 👍 "

"Great location in Nice. Near the train station and airport. It is an older apartment and needs repairs. There is one bathroom that is split into 2 rooms. One room has shower and double sink the 2nd room has the toilet and small sink. Sofa bed is really bad so the 5th person had to sleep on the sofa which wasn’t much better. It is a self service apartment so bring your own supplies, including toilet paper. Check in was easy, communication was fine. Location is the best part."

"I stayed in this hotel for five days. This hotel is very nice and perfect need for my accommodation. It has everything I need. It's also near to the transportation station and main station that can take you to Cann, and other part of Nice Area. I highly recommend this hotel, and I will definitely go back to the city and again if I Nice. "
