Superb Californian Villa on the edge of a large heated swimming pool of 10X4 located in lush greenery. .(Heated swimming pool from late April to early October)

Terrace around the 50m2 swimming pool with parasol and access to the garden with wood barbecue and stone table.

A beautiful living room, air-conditioned dining room, open view of the swimming pool, open kitchen, the whole gives thanks to its bay window with partition over the swimming pool and a large reception terrace of 50m2.

A bathroom with sink, shower and toilet,

A first bedroom with double bed (140x200cm) with terrace access.

Followed in a row by a second bedroom with comfortable 160cm bed divisible into two 80cm beds with terrace access.

TV, Wifi, electric shutters with central locking in all rooms.

Located in a residential area of Gairaut in the domain of the castle of azure on the hills of Nice. The house is quiet surrounded by trees. The calm of the countryside 15 minutes from the city center and the beaches of Nice ... and the promise of a great holiday!

The swimming pool is private swimming pool, it is reserved for you when you are on site. You will be the only hosts on site. The swimming pool is heated from September to October.

Do we need a car?
The house being located on the hills of Nice a car is necessary for your travels. Despite a bus stop outside the domain.
Your car can be parked in front of the house in the closed domain, if necessary (prestige vehicle, loaded for departure) you can also park it in our property.

Wonderful pool and bbq. Friendly host who did all he could to make our stay enjoyable. Close to tram terminal for transport to Central Nice , beaches etc. Quiet out of town location with stunning views. Excellent boulangerie and bar within 5 mins walk Thoroughly recommend

Perfect getaway for a week in a hot climate
Amazing location, pool was great, apartment was clean, albeit a little scarce. The view was fantastic. Philippe was a fantastic host. Take some mosquito repellant - we got bitten alive! Only slight niggle was that we thought we would have more privacy but the villa is literally next door to the owner. That being said, we never felt anyone was intruding on our privacy and we enjoyed the villa to the fullest.

Fantastic stay in Nice
This was a great base for our two weeks exploring the Côte d'Azur. The property itself is lovely and modern, and situated within a nice peaceful gated community. The pool is beautiful, and great to cool off in after we had been out all day. We hired a car and it is really easy to get onto the A8, the main route whether you are heading east or west. For heading into Nice itself we tended to drive the 5 mins to Henri Sappier and then pick up the tram, which is super efficient and great value. For when we visited Monaco and San Remo we also made use of the train from Nice Ville, and that worked really well. There really is so much to do in Nice itself, and the resorts up and down the coast that it is is hard to fit it all in. So much so, that on our last couple days we had to make the conscious decision to slow down and enjoy the sunshine around the pool. Our teenage girls and us had had an absolutely amazing time, and would love to come back! Philippe was a super host - he made us feel very welcome, that we had everything we needed and then let us enjoy our stay. We would definitely recommend booking here.

We had a wonderful week at this accomodation with our 3 teenage children. It was very clean and just as in the photos. The pool was fantastic and the host Philippe was very charming and helpful, but never intrusive. It was a great base from which to explore Nice and the surrounding areas, with the added bonus of being only a very short drive from the tram station. Would highly recommend.

Perfect for us
First of all a huge thanks to Philippe who was brilliant in communicating with us before the stay and provided a great check in. The apartment itself was great with spacious rooms and excellent amenities. The location is very quiet and very easy to get to from the airport, as well as very easy to get into Nice or onto the motorway for any trips to Monaco and beyond. The pool is great and our kids loved it. Thank you again!

Sehr schöner Pool
Nette Wohnung, Küche etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber unerheblich, alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Schöner Pool, sehr schöne Aussicht mit Sonnenaufgang über den Hügeln. durch die Bäume und die Mauern immer ein Schattenplätzchen im Sommer zu finden. Nachts weht ein Lüftchen, so dass man die Klimaanlage nicht braucht, es ist oben auf den Hügeln auch kühler als an der Küste. Bäcker und einige Restaurants in Laufentfernung, wenn man in die Altstadt will mit dem Auto erst zur Tram Endstation, dort ins Parkhaus, gratis wenn man Öffis fährt. Dauert ca 20 min. Pascal ist ein hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, sehr zu empfehlen !

Der Aufenthalt war sehr gut. Meine Freunde und ich waren sehr zufrieden. Bei der Ankunft hat alles funktioniert und es ging sehr schnell. Alles war sauber und genau wie es online beschrieben war. This place is so private and lovely!
If you´re looking for real privacy with your own pool, then this is the property to book! Our family enjoyed our time in Nice with a lot of sun, the pool and barbecue! The owner was so nice and showed us around, told us where to go and what to see. No matter if you´re staying as a family or as a couple, you will absolutely love this place!

We really enjoyed our week in this house. Great pool and terrace. Good location and near Nice-city. We also visit Cannes and Monaco and it’s easy to travel around. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter immer gut. Das Haus ist ein bisschen abgelegen, aber mit dem Auto oder Bus ist die Innenstadt schnell erreicht. Der Aussenbereich mit dem grossen Pool ist das Highlight :) Insgesamt haben wir den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder!😊
