"The place is as described. Large and spacious, has some views too although blocked partially by other houses at the front it still has a nice view. We saw lots of kangaroos around here. No wi-fi so kids were a little dissapointed here. There was some leaking or other issue where we wanted to eat outside at verandah, the table was flooded on both days and the other seating was a little low. Please check what is going on there as we didnt know there was water there (hard to make out on that table)...

"In short you will have everything for 3 families for a great trip in lakes entrance. The only improvement and one of the must for the property manager / owner is to organsie a Wi-fi connection."
