Quietly situated vacation apartment with a unique distant view near the Rursee lake

The apartment is very quiet at the end of a small side street and was built in 2018. It is free-standing and has a separate entrance. The modern furnishings and inventory offer everything you need to feel good. A large, floor-to-ceiling panoramic window in the dining and living area enables a unique view of the surrounding area. (up to 70 km). The apartment is located at 430 m above sea level in the Kommerscheidt district, which belongs to Nideggen-Schmidt. A balcony is available. In addition to a shower room with washing machine and dryer, there is a guest toilet. The shared use of a garage for bicycles, motorcycles but also for a car is possible by arrangement.

The Eifel National Park and Lake Rursee are nearby excursion destinations. There are also countless leisure activities in the region, such as: B. hiking, cycling, boat trip on the Rursee, kayak tours, quad tours, e-bike rental, a downhill course, climbing park, play area for children, tours of the Eifel National Park, swimming pools, etc.

Within the town of Schmidt there are shops for daily needs, 2 bakeries, a supermarket, a post office, a gas station, a pharmacy, but also a doctor (general practitioner) and a dentist are there.
3 restaurants offer the opportunity to have a good dinner in the immediate vicinity after an exciting day of hiking or excursions, provided that your kitchen should stay cold. Two banks (Sparkasse and Volksbank) are located in the town.
