"Everything was perfect, the Lange room, comfortable beds, great location between Hbf and the center. However, the air-conditioning was not regulated, it was too hot in the room. There is no shampoo or shower gel but the hand soap(!) in the shower. The breakfast at 9:50 was empty (should be till 11:00) and was not renewed, considerable luck of the serving personal at the restaurant, actually gust one girl."

"Wir haben einen super entspannten Urlaub in der kleinen Nisa verbrachten. Das Häuschen hat einen ganz besonderen Charme. Leider fehlte uns ein bisschen die Sauberkeit und Ordnung. An sich war es sauber, jedoch hätte es noch etwas tiefgründiger/gebauer gereinigt sein dürfen und Produkte wie Gewürze,… immer mal wieder kontrolliert und ggf. aussortiert."

There is also air conditioning but only in one room. It is not available in the bedroom. A washing machine is available but you have to pay extra for this which felt cheep and penny grabbing. I found the correspondence with the owner difficult and received a curt reply when seeking to clarify entry...

"This property was very clean, comfortable, and inviting. The hosts were very gracious and helpful. The grounds were lovely, with patio, arbor, large trees, fruit trees, and garden. Immer freundlicher Kontakt zur Vermieterin.Den Gästen stehen drei Parkplätze kostenlos zur Verfügung. Man ist zu Fuß schnell in der Stadt, es gibt viele Geschäfte, die schnell zu erreichen sind."

"A wonderful accommodation in a quiet, picturesque village within driving distance to many points of interest in the Black Forest. The accommodation itself is very well equipped and spacious for a large group. Nothing beats waking up to birdsong and postcard views every morning. My only gripe would be that most instructions in the property are written solely in German. Translated versions for overseas visitors would help greatly. Other then that, perfect."

Amazing accommodation but challenging parking opt.

"Had a lovely stay in Baden Baden. The flat was perfect for our little family of 3, comfy sofa and comfy bed. The location is perfect right next to the spa and a short walk to to casino. Wish we could have stayed longer but Baden Baden is not suitable for a roadtrip which a car about 2.2 meter. All street level parking appears to be short term (some are 1 hour max stay, we managed to find one which allowed 4 hours) otherwise, there is a good offer of underground parking garage at a reasonable cost but couldn't find anyone with a max height higher than 2.1meter. we will be back but with a smaller car! "

"It is great for travellers. just next to the airport. very convenientPerfect for anyone flying in or out. It's so close to the airport, which is a huge plus.
