"Dirk hat uns als 8-Köpfige Gruppe an Silvester aufgenommen, das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön, ruhig und sauber. Dirk war sehr freundlich, hat uns alles erklärt und gezeigt. Hat sogar Tipps gegeben, wo man sich am besten das Feierwerk ansehen kann, da das Haus in einem Naturschutzgebiet steht. Wir waren sehr sehr zufrieden. Leider ist uns ein kleines Maleur passiert, aber auch da war die Kommunikation mit Dirk einwandfrei. Können es jedem empfehlen."

"The 'hotel' is more like an apartment building. While the facilities are clean and nice, communication is really bad. When we arrived, we could not find anyone around, we found an unlocked door on the first level and made ourselves at home. An hour or so later, a girl came to tell us were in the wrong room!!?? "Unser Freundinnen Urlaub mit Kids hätte nicht besser laufen können! Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft. Man fühlt sich direkt wohl und alles was man braucht ist da. Drei Schlafzimmer und das ausziehbare Sofa waren sehr einladend und der Außenbereixh perfekt mit 4 Kleinkindern. Auch die Umgebung ist toll fur spatziergange und Ausflüge. Herr Winkler ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder! "

The Best Hotel Stay Ever!

"First time in Germany, or Europe ever. Blindly booked this Hotel, and was amazed at the property and all of the staff. Not knowing how to speak German, the staff was eager to take time out for me to help me navigate the city of Schweinfurt. First time in Germany and I was made to feel safe and at home! My daily breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious and unbelievably prepared! Amazing chefs and restaurant staff. Most notably was “Matthew”! Very friendly and informative. Knowing that I was there alone, and unfortunately with Schweinfurt and/or Germany spent every available moment with directions sights to visit. He kept my safety in mind with trains, taxis and whenever I was going on foot. Normally I’m difficult to completely please, but I couldn’t find anything negative to comment. I certainly hope the management there values “Matthew” as much as the guests there do! "

"Staff here was wonderful. They spoke very good English, which was appreciated. We booked the room with a kitchen. Super spacious. Had a balcony off the kitchen, if you are a smoker. Bathroom was quite large. Super quiet. We didn't purchase the breakfast but it smelt wonderful. We took the bus to the center hub and the hotel was a few blocks from it. We did ask a local for help in getting there. Wonderful restaurants around the hotel, along with stores within walking distances. "
