No air con or fan so room really quite hot at night - windows open meant heard a group of older folk sitting outside and talking loudly around 11.30pm (for quite some time!). At check inn, the innkeeper spoke only German ( no English). We communicated with difficulty via a phone translator. This would have been okay if no other option, accept he indicated his wife spoke English, yet she stayed in their adjoining residence and never attempted to help.
