"I made this reservation for my parents who were celebrating their wedding anniversary, and they were very pleased with their stay. The hotel staff's attention and support in every matter were incredible. They were also very helpful with local tours and activity reservations. The other perk is usually the incredible view of the balloons that are launched early morning each day but unfortunately, neither of our 2 mornings there, were there any balloons. "I have mixed feelings about this property. We stayed in the Family Suite with Balcony which was quiet and away from the main section of the property which was nice. However, the suite is actually two separate hotel rooms and only one has a bathroom. To access the bathroom, especially of a night, you need to unlock your door, go outside, unlock the second door and use the bathroom so we had to lock my other guest in their room of a night as we only had one key for each room and I needed it to use...
