"I have put in a complaint as owner never contacted us (despite many attempts by myself to contact them also) to advise on access to property so we had to do a last minute booking elsewhere. Annoyed at response by phone consultant to 'go to the property and if we couldn't get in they'd help then by arranging alternative accomodation'. Not helpful when we were arriving at 1am....."

"We enjoyed our stay very much. Staff was friendly, and the apartment was beautiful. Would have been nice with sun beds around the swimming pool, and that the training studio was better equipped. "
