Three bedroom house by the sea

A lovely house in one of the most sought-after areas of Agua Amarga, a few metres from the beach.
A front garden with a porch and terrace for breakfast, lunch or dinner outdoors overlooking the sea.
This gives way to a pleasant living /dining area with a fireplace and TV. with a downstairs shower room with toilet.
There is then a kitchen that opens onto the rear patio with another area to eat plus a BBQ and an outdoor shower.
On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms: the main one, which has a small terrace, ideal for enjoying a coffee or drink,
while contemplating the sea. A further two rooms one with two singles and the other with two singles. All 3 bedrooms share a large full bathroom with bath.
The house has been recently renovated and furnished in an eclectic and charming style.
