Second time staying here. Solid spacious room, quiet neighborhood, easy access to Nijmegen. The only thing is that it can be cumbersome to park if you arrive late at night. Otherwise, this is a great hotel.

Room we had looked as if someone had a testing pot of paint and tested it on the wall . Showers are good and the mattress are brilliant. Bar closes at 2100 which is odd. First night was terrible as neighbours were smoking weed all night. Massive headache next day

The front desk staff were really helpful with my late arrival and check-in time. They were also very helpful with securing a taxi for me to my conference venue. However, at 08:26am on a Tuesday morning 13th June during breakfast buffet, one staff walked across the room querying me as to what my room number was while I was having breakfast. I was extremely offended by this as no one else was asked this question on all 4 days I attended breakfast buffet. This has not been a thing in other hotels I’ve visited and it also did not help that I was the only black person in the room when this happened. I think that particular staff needs to be trained on how to properly approach paying customers without offending them in the process. Also I expected the facility to at least have an iron and ironing board to straighten clothes. These incidents aside, my stay was lovely and wonderful.

Es ist ein einfaches zweckmäßiges Hotel in ruhiger Umgebung. Die Matratzen sind sehr weich. Wir hatten kein Doppelbett, sondern zwei nebeneinander stehende Einzelbetten, die auf dem glatten Boden auseinander gedriftet sind. Nächstes Mal nehmen wir Klettband o. ä. mit, um die Betten zu verbinden. Das ganze Hotel ist sehr hellhörig. Bei wärmeren Temperaturen ist man gezwungen, nachts die Tür offen zu haben, was natürlich zur Folge hat, dass Geräusche und auch Rauch von etwaigen Balkonrauchern stören. Auffallend ist das desinteressierte Personal, egal ob an der Rezeption oder im Restaurant (wir hatten nur Frühstück). Wird man in anderen Hotels freundlich begrüßt, schaut man hier eher weg und wird ignoriert. Keine Frage, ob alles ok ist/war oder sonst irgendeine Regung. Diese bewusste Anonymität und Desinteresse stören auch nicht weiter, fallen aber auf. Das Frühstück ist einfach, aber ausreichend. Ausgesprochen gut ist allerdings das frische Brot. Alles in allem ein wenig einladendes, aber durchaus praktisches Hotel. Wir werden es sicher auch wieder buchen, wenn wir Termine im benachbarten Nijmegen haben.

Alles an Zimmerausstattung ist alt Betten sehr unbequem , hell und laut war es auch. Im Restaurant wurde ich konsequent nicht bedient und ignoriert. Ich kann jedem nur raten sucht euch ein anderes Hotel

Das Zimmer war für eine Nacht gut. Leider direkt an der Rezeption gelegen und nur ein Ausblick auf ein Dixiklo und einen Hinterhof. Deswegen hatte das Zimmer leider keinerlei Flair. Aber es war sauber und geruchlos, das Bett war gut und nachts war es ruhig.

Alles gut, leider wurden wir in der Hotelbar nicht bedient. Ab 21 Uhr wollte man uns nichts mehr zu trinken geben. Schade, da es in der Umgebung keine Einkehrmöglichkeit gab.

We kwamen 's avonds om 10.30 - 11.00 uur aan. De kamer had geen stroom, we belden 3 keer en kregen pas de volgende dag om 9 uur 's ochtends een oplossing. Zonder de mogelijkheid om onze mobiele telefoons op te laden, was douchen in het donker een avontuur. Geen verontschuldiging. Misschien omdat we buitenlanders waren, behandelden ze ons zo.
