"Had a great time at this villa. The house was immaculate with fantastic decor and a huge outside terrace split into an outside kitchen and seating area. The pool was much bigger than I thought it would be and was great to cool down in as it was very hot when we visited. The location is ideal for visiting various resorts but there isn’t much around the villa, I would recommend a car. "The location of the apartment is great, it is serene as it is just outside of the village but easily reachable. Very comfortable apartment with everything we needed and great terrace to relax on in the evening. Our hosts Franesco and Elisa were very helpful and provided us with lost of info and tips and ensured we had everything we needed. We had a wonderful experience and we really suggest this place!"

"The house is ok but cold in april. After we complaint we got a heater and table for the livig room ... much better than! Very dificult to find the house the first time. Owners are nice people. Most stores are closed in april ... how shall kos have tourists early in the year. On the other hand... a nice island"

"please be aware there are some rooms which have not been which have a beautiful sea view but are very dated. very clean & fully stocked mini bar but if you are a frequent Mitsis visitor you will be disappointed if you dont booked a renovated room - well worth paying extra. Reception & main restaurant - great food & drink choice but needs a refresh - restaurants are fabulous - we travelled with Son, daughter in law & daughter having 2 rooms & had an amazing week at the Summer palace - thank you for looking after us - we have recommended to family & will return :-)"

"A really lovely hotel. Beautifully decorated, clean, really friendly helpful staff and i got upgraded to a suite which was amazing. The suite had the most incredible view of the sunrise every morning. The hotel was well located. Near the beach and loads of restaurants and shops. Highly recommend"

"An excellent holiday. Great range of superb food choices in the many restaurants. The pool areas and beach meant you always had a different view and you could get drinks and snacks from the many bars and kiosks around the resort. The staff were unfailingly polite and hardworking and made our stay so comfortable and enjoyable. "

"This is a tough review to write. A mix of good and bad. We didn't get off to a great start. We and 2 other couples arrived by ferry. walked to the property, and then waited about 40 mins to check in and weren't offered air conditioned room or a cold drink while we waited. the owner had something else (private) he needed to do, and it didn't occur to him to leave keys or instructions for us. Once we eventually checked in, he tried hard to be helpful. One of the reasons we booked was because it had a washing machine in the room. (unfortunately not allowed to use it). owner did do washing for us, but not very convenient. he tried to make amends. rubbish collected daily, but they did leave doors and windows unlocked. The location to the port/restuarants/beach is superb, and supermarkets and bakery very close. A great place to stay if the owner is having a good day."
