Enjoy a stay in this cozy 2-bedroom unit located by the river, this unit does have a view of the river. Tastefully decorated throughout with lots of extra touches and amenities not usually found in short-term rental homes. Rivers Edge Lofts are ideal for guests looking to travel and visit Michigan or for long-term stays. Rivers Edge Lofts are centrally located to tourist attractions, wineries, and various universities. Close to highway US-31 with easy access to major attractions such as Notre Dame or southwestern MI beaches; also close to airports for a quick business trip.

Not only is Rivers Edge Lofts conveniently located to various activities but close access to grabbing a bite to eat. Take a 1-minute drive to downtown Niles to check out the local restaurants and relish a relaxing stroll along the river. The entire home is for your private use with an easy self-check-in process to accommodate various arrival times. There is a private entrance with your own access code that will function between your check-in and check-out times.

Come back after a great day of exploring and enjoy the comfort and warmth of your own place. Access to a mini fridge and microwave within the unit. Washers and dryers, coffee makers, and a toaster are located in the shared common area within the complex. Sleeps up to 8 comfortably. Completely remodeled unit with all the latest designs. Guests will find the space to be warm, comfortable, and inviting and the hosts to be responsive and diligent to provide an excellent stay for each guest. Here on a business trip; work in comfort with the fast fiber-optic internet service, 500 Megabit (Wi-Fi only, no ether-net port). There is no additional charge for this service. The loft was very nicely decorated, had everything needed and was very clean. Beautiful view of the river was a bonus. Host was an outstanding communicator and very helpful. Highly recommend this property and will stay here again if the opportunity arises.

Wonderful Spot Near Southbend
We were looking for a spot close to Notre Dame and we lucked up finding this spot! Great stay for this trip. Other reviews mentioned that walls are thin but we didn’t have any issues with the “quiet times”. We will be booking again next time we are in the area!

Lovely Loft
We enjoyed our stay at this property, it was exactly as pictured in the listing. The unit was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and steps away from a few boutique shops and restaurants. Our only caution to others looking to stay here who will need to use the loft as a third bedroom, there is a structural beam about 2-3 feet above the mattress that runs parallel to the mattress. It was a bit of an annoyance for our 11 year old son. I wouldn’t recommend the loft area for adult accommodations. Other than that it was a great property for our family of five. We didn’t experience any noise transfer issues as noted in other reviews.

great unique place to stay
What a find! Fit all of our needs and was so well equipped. The loft was a hit with our son and the location was perfect to venture around southwest Michigan. There was a convenient grocery store right in town for anything thing we needed. The common's area was a great addition. Next time we plan on bringing more family and each family unit will get their own unit. Can't wait.

We enjoyed the area and our stay at this property. The apartment was clean, affordable and had most amenities you would need. We did have some damage to our car in the parking lot from another driver. Obviously not the fault of the owner, but there were no cameras facing the lot to aid in finding the person who did it. I would recommend staying at this property.

My wife & I had a nice weekend getaway at Unique Stays. The place (#6) was spacious and had everything we needed. Communicating with the managers was easy and they responded promptly when we contacted them. The location is great as it is along the river in downtown Niles.

Nice Location!
Great location to connect with friends between Chicago and Michigan. Unique location above businesses with a warehouse/loft vibe. Right on the river trail. Great distillary/restaurant a block away. Very well stocked and plenty of room for a family. It is run by a management company so dont anticipate flexibility with check in and check out.

Nice Weekend Stay
Very nice stay for a sisters weekend! Close to Niles cute downtown, restaurants and shops. You might tell future guests that these lofts are in a commercial building. Also, we could not find any cleaning supplies….broom, extra paper towel, garbage bags, etc. But overall, we would stay again!

Hidden Gem
Incredible lofts with all the comforts one could possibly need! We stayed in Loft #6 and loved the style, space, and all the extra comforts that were provided. We were amazed with how well the kitchen was stocked and enjoyed the 2 Keurig coffee stations located in the commons. Conveniently located close to St. Joseph, New Buffalo, and South Haven, it was perfect for our busy weekend getaway. Would love to get back soon!

Enjoyable stay
We rented two apartments in the complex and enjoyed our stay. The apartments are cute and exactly as shown. the only negatives would be that the bathtub in apartment 6 is draining too slowly. Also we could have used blankets on the beds in addition to the sheet and bedspreads. And more than one kitchen towel would have been helpful.

The property was exactly as pictured. Very clean. Previous reviews that mentioned the thin walls/sound carrying were accurate, but that wasn’t an issue for us. My kids said the beds were noisy in their room. Loved the walking path along the river. We also walked to pick up pizza and some drinks at the dollar store. In the morning walked to grocery store for some breakfast. Only recommendations for host are more blankets. There was only one extra blanket for 4 beds. Also, there were several coffee stations, but no tea for us non-coffee drinkers. Would definitely stay again. Really nice place.

What a great place!
This was by far our favorite VRBO rental that we've ever stayed at. It was spacious, clean, comfortable, had everything we could have needed, lots to do nearby, and was simply a lovely place to kick back and relax. The view of the river was beautiful and we really appreciated having the Keurig and the complimentary coffee pods in many flavors. The lights on the bed, extra towels, bottles of water, and chocolates were a nice touch and gave it a special flair, too. Getting in was easy, any questions were answered quickly, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property to everyone we know as well as anyone reading reviews here. :) The only negative I can think of (and they can't really control this as I'm sure it wasn't built by them) is that there's no elevator. Just let prospective renters know that they must be able to walk up some stairs to gain access to the rentals. But it is well worth it! A+

Overcharged initially
The place we stayed was very nice. After I locked in price with VRBO, I received invoice from Eula with a higher amount (almost $100 higher) reached out to host and Eula and both confirmed price was correct,even though I sent screenshot of confirmation of vrbo price. Spoke with Eula who said maybe it was guest fees we were being charged. She was confident she was correct. Spoke with Quinton at vrbo,who called prop mgr. Unique stays confirmed THEY had issues with their software that was causing the incorrect price. Called the next day and Sage was absolutely wonderful in correcting this in 5 min,while apologizing and taking responsibility in the error. Can't thank Sage enough for making our stay awesome and stress free with her leadership and ability to take ownership of the error. Susan at the Lofts was also amazing as she was able to go above and beyond with our needs and was so friendly and nice. Overall a great location and stay.
