Upon arrival at the hotel, I was shocked to discover an unexpected additional charge for the use of air conditioning in the room. Furthermore, when I raised this issue with the hotel management, they forced me to pay extra 500 INR. Meanwhile I checked with Expedia customer service agent, and she confirmed that air conditioning is included in your booking. Subsequently, hotel management took the extreme measure of putting their hotel under maintenance and removing air conditioning from the listed amenities this is also confirmed by your representative. This revelation not only showcases a blatant disregard for honesty and transparency but also raises serious concerns about the integrity of the hotels listed on Expedia. As a loyal customer, I have always relied on Expedia to provide accurate information and facilitate seamless bookings. "

"This is a 3 star hotel located about 1.5 miles from the Mahabodhi temple and the Bodhi tree. (When I booked it, the map showed it being very close, but it isn't.) It mostly caters to an Asian audience (Indian, Thai, Tibetan). The restaurant is excellent, as are its prices. (I would order a la carte instead of doing buffets). The room is a bit old and quite small. The bathroom was very nice. The staff is for the most part very friendly and helpful. "
