We had a great stay lots to do for all of the family the apartments offer a really comfortable living space with the beach, pool and dinning facilities all within easy reach
Best place ever. Food was excellent, a lot o choices of fish etc. Rooms are perfectly equipped, we would come back any time, good prices in after season.
Really great resort. Safe and good for family trips. The rooms are old and we have lots of bugs in it but the outdoor facilities and activities made up for it. Swimming pool is great and the beach is lovely. The dining option was great as well but we did realize some of the food were a bit off.
Was only there a night was able to walk around and it was super cute. The rooms are cute and beds a really
Comfortable. Would absolutely go
Back would recommend it to
Anyone with kids.
Lovely complex, if your thinking of going bed breakfast or half board. Book it before turning up.
Shop on site is good.
Pools are brilliant.
Staff are nice to.
The apartment is big and has fridge and kitchenette which is very convenient. Also has a nice terrace. However if you look for a view this is not the right option. The apartment had lots of ants.

Reception staff is very rude and has no courtesy for customers, they should be trained. On the other hand entertainment team is amazing - hats off to Petra and Antonio.
Overall not great experience:
- horrible check in experience
- understaffed reception so long queues
- everything is paid for additionally
- lack of instructions from reception
- reception line doesn’t work so you can’t reach out to them from room
- no tea or coffee in the room
- no electricity for a period of time
- TVs are obsolete and hardly work
It was great place for family. Location and activities for children were the best .However limited vegetarian options in half board and breakfast was very dry and limited for adults though kids lived all the doughnuts. On the last day it was disappointing and we wnatwd ro run away from resort .as there was some foot ball tournament going on they jad hosted all teams dining room was no less than busy Market. Noisy and didnt have agood dining experience.
Beautifully located apartments, great for families with kids. The apartment has everything you need for your stay, but you can see some facilities are getting worn. Not a big issue though, but the price was quite high.
We came at midnight and i it was hard to find the exact apartment number, street etc. They should have some signs that would easili navigate you through the entire park.
We would come back again❤️

The overall staying experience at the resort was nice. Facilities in the resort were good too. The apartment itself are old with not so good furniture. Beds are not so comfy as it needs to be improved. The apartment itself was spacious but everything is old inside. Check-out is at 0900 which is too early from my point as you won’t be having your breakfast which ends at 10:00. The staff was fine but they don’t offer support if you have a family with you and if you are checking-in very late due to the flight. So, maybe these are recommendations to improve. Overall the experience was good.
Our stay was great with the Zaton resort. We had booked the superior room with half board option and got lucky with amazing weather. The resort is very big, and offers a lot of entertainment options for kids and adults alike, like golfing, mini golf, events for kids, basketball, football, table tennis etc.
The property was very clean and thefood options were pretty good (breakfast was the same every day but dinner had always a wide variety)
Only few things stop it from being 5 stars for us
1- Even as a staying customer you have to pay to use the sun beds at the pools, which we did not know about before coming
2- Apparently there is no room cleaning, which we were not informed about while checking in, and had to survive with whatever towels were in the room. There are even buttons for calling the service but it does nothing apparently.
3- check out from the apartments was at 10 am which is way too early, seeing as the breakfast ends at 10 as well
4- one evening the restaurant was way over crowded and it was not ready for such a big crowd, leading to extremely long waiting times at the buffet, which signals bad planning from the management.
Additionally, the super market within the premesis is quite pricey, if you have a car, go to outside ones, they are quite close.
Additional hints: bring your own swimming towels, and somewhere to sit by the beach/pools

Very happy with our stay 9/10
Spent 3 nights here as our first abroad vacation with our 2 year old daughter. Chose the hotel due to it looked very child friendly and we were not disappointed.
The pool area is great, several different pools both for adults that are like normal swimming pools and for kids that basically is a playground in the water. The hotel area is like a small town, it includes one supermarket, several restaurants (one with take away pizza), small shops etc.
We stayed in an apartment which was very clean and had everything you could need. The camping area is on another side of the compound so if you are staying in an apartment you don’t really notice the camping.
I have seen a lot of reviews complaining about the prices at the hotel but I don’t think it was that crazy, a beer was 4-5 euro and the dishes costed between 10-15 euro at most restaurants. There is a bar by the pool where you can buy burgers and toasts for 7 euro. It was a bit annoying though that the sun beds both by the pool and the beach costs money (5 euro per bed + additional 5 euro for a parasol).
Besides the cost for sun beds which feels unnecessary and cheap by the hotel I have nothing to complain about. I wouldn’t mind coming back.

Gorgeous resort, beach and awesome pool. They have everything for kids. We were in the comfort apartments. The first night we got dirty stained sheets with a long hair and smelled used. This was on a SOFA pull out bed mattress. Check your sheets before getting in bed. See pics on google maps. The half board buffet is the worst tasting food we have ever had. It's like they make it so bad you will pay at the 4 restaurants. It's like a mad cattle rush for the half board buffet. Kids will eat anything. A shame for such a cool place.
Zaton Holiday Resort is a beautiful and well-maintained place, ideal for a family vacation. The facilities are great, and the overall atmosphere is relaxing and enjoyable. However, the prices for sunbeds at the pool are ridiculously high — €10 per bed is just too much.
The on-site supermarket has decent prices for a camping resort, and you can find most essentials there. A big plus: there’s a fantastic bakery within walking distance in Nin — definitely a must-visit for a fresh and affordable breakfast!
Check in was a bit too slow, almost 45 minutes. Access to pool closes too early (5-6pm). Good place for families

We checked into the apartment to find ants and a lizard. Doors were not sealed. Felt like Pontins chalet. We decided to pay to upgrade to a Premium mobile home, for an extra €35/night it was much better.
The only thing we did not like was the fact that you had to pay for the use of the sun beds and that price was extortionate. None of the activities were free and again these were pricey.
