"The room that I got today was the room that I wanted to get for the whole week and I did not receive the correct room but the lady at the desk said that was my fault and she couldn’t change me, but I was a front office manager at a hotel so I know she could’ve done something for it. But this room was very big spacious had everything we need. The only complaint that I had is there was a chair in the king room at the bottom and the corners were so probably hit so much or something that it looked like a mouse had been like chewing on the sides of the chair so it kind of freaked me out, but then I realized it was a handicap room accessible, so maybe it was from like wheelchairs and things hitting it but other than that, it’s always good . "

"We love having access to the walking trail to get to all the shops in Nashville. We requested connecting rooms and that request was met. The patio area was also very appreciated! The hotel was very clean. The only think we would have liked is for better lighting in the rooms. It isn’t so bad when you can have the curtains open, but during the evenings there are only a few lamps that don’t offer much light. "
