"We had a superior room in the new building apart from the road and very noisy bar but still needed earplugs due to the live music - Friday night. Room was large and spotless, bed too firm, shower huge with great pressure. Cafe and restaurant were good but again, noisy. Shoutout to the friendly cleaner - I told her that she gets a mention online and now I can see why!"

"Easy check in, room was large & nice bathroom. The lights in the bathroom under the sink dont turn off so the room is a bit bright when trying to fall asleep. The included breakfast the next morning was excellent!! The hotel & room was very clean."

"Firstly we were put into Room 201 which was a disabled room which wasnt really a problem but we paid for a city view room. Shower curtain was very short hence water went all over the bathroom floor. Otherwise the room was very clean and bed & linen comfortable. No option for decaf coffee or tea and no milk option in room. Hotel was lovely, coffee shop very nice. Breakfast was good however basic breads available. Reception staff very helpful and courteous. Onsite underground parking was easily accessible and clean. We would stay there again as it was convenient to Olympic park for concert with a short cab ride."
