"The absolute perfect ending to my Japan trip! I was in awe the moment I arrived at this property. The staff are very friendly and accommodating, making the overall experience fantastic. The property is beautiful and I couldn't stop smiling when I was shown around my room, I was so excited! I have some tattoos, so I couldn't use the public baths, but I knew that before I booked, so it's okay because the private Cyprus bath I had with my room was heavenly. The bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on, it's like I was sleeping on a cloud. I booked half-board, so I received dinner and breakfast [which was delicious, compliments to the chefs] with a beautiful view outside. I was asked beforehand about any allergies. A nice little personal touch to this experience was getting to pick out a Yukata for myself, upon check-in. I selected a light blue Yukata with pretty white flowers, paired with a sash that was dark blue on one side and pink on the other. They really know how to make you feel welcomed here. Thank you for the wonderful experience! I loved everything about it!"
