Overall, great experience. There is definitely a difference between the hotels; meaning the amenities, views of city and services they offer. In ways it seems classist, but you dont feel as though you're being treated that way. I would stay again, however I would put a few extra dollars into the other side of the hotel and at least get a real view of the "city".
It's on the declining end of the strip, so its not very walkable if you're wanting to get to the classic attractions. The bus is cheap and if you buy the 3day pass ONLINE, you can hop on and off throughout the city. Enjoy!

"We loved staying at KK Sapa Hotel. We had the rice views which were fantastic as we stayed on the 17th floor. I loved that the hotel had a back entrance to the town too.
