"The property I stayed in, " a sea view apartment", No 11, looked directly over the new larger harbour of Monopoli and was adjacent to the castle tower. . The Xmas and New year decorations were still up and the whole area seemed to be decorated in the "old historic centre". Breakfast was very good. "Great place to stay. I would lean more towards not staying there in the winter months, however i bet it is absolutely gorgeous the other three. The owner and caretaker helped with the hiccups through the heat and hot water not working. Beautiful Trulli. If you are looking for peace and quiet, this country trulli is for you. You will definitely need a car if you are staying here. Taxi service is very expensive. "

"The We had a good experience with the stay however I didn’t realise (my own fault for not reading the listing properly) that you have to pay an additional fee for the spa and sauna use. We did pay an additional fee per person, per day which we thought was pretty expensive and on the second day we paid the spa was cold so we couldn’t really use it.
