"The reception staff were very helpful. We had several ‘challenges’- the heater in the bathroom only stayed on for 1 minute, the hairdrier did not work, the room was very clean when we arrived but daily room service was poor- only made the bed and changed the towels. "Very easy to find, very welcoming greeting from the hotel staff. Quickly checked in and found rooms to be perfectly sized and equipped. The shower was especially good very powerful! Portafino restaurant just 2 minutes walk around the corner also highly recommended with a selection of various different cuisines from different countries to suit almost any taste. Overall a perfect pitstop one night stay....thank you."
