"This home is in an up and coming neighborhood. It is an older home with hardwood floors which means there are squeaks and creaks. The layout is good with a living area and work space in the basement area. The main living area is on the main floor with the kitchen. Three bedrooms are upstairs; it is a short number of stairs to get to them. The master bath is tight on space but has a large tiled shower only. The second bathroom on the upper floor has a tub and shower combo with a little more...

"Plenty of space. House was clean. Could use one or two more TVs and maybe another couch for one of the rooms. There are caretakers who reside in the secured basement. This should be communicated to potential renters."
