"The check-in process was great! The front desk attendant gave us great advice about the train. She heated up the sauna early for us! It was super thoughtful. The beds were super comfy. "Very clean and quiet. Accomodations are very modest and utilitarian. I didnt like having to pay for new towels or extra pillows but maybe thats my lack of experience with these types of accommodations. Front desk staff and cafe staff were friendly and helpful. Super easy location to get on and off the bus to travel downtown. Dont sleep on going to the Pispala neighborhood or climb the hill to the tower."

Reagointi oli kuitenkin ensiluokkaista, olimme 2 yötä, 1. Yön jälkeen toivat meille lisää tuulettimia, joiden avulla toinen yö sujuikin jo mukavammin. Pihalla kulki hieman epämääräisen oloista porukkaa, jokin päivätoimintakeskus tms. Samalla pihalla. Eivät aiheuttaneet häiriötä, ainakaan tällä kertaa... Kahvia yms löytyi myös, kiva pikku varustelubonus...
