"It’s a beautiful resort driving up. Rooms are good. We got a pool room which was great to be able to just walk into the pool from our room. Only down side is no food option besides breakfast you have to order the night before for a surcharge. Breakfast was great though and worth it. "This property is a mixed bag. Started off well when manager bought a hit water kettle for morning coffee when I asked about one in my room. But problems built over two weeks. Key cards failed 3 times. Air Con failed in last night. BTW I lost one of the key cards through a hole in my pocket, and was charged a ludicrous 400 baht for it. On two nights, neighbors packed in an adjacent room had loud drunken parties late into the evening. Eventually management did quiet them down, but, having already...

"Love the roof top bar & restaurant - great chilled place to spend a romantic evening, and the Thai food is good. Hotel new and accommodation is clean and spacious. The koi carp pond is an attractive feature of the hotel, pleasant place to sit outside and enjoy a coffee from the hotel coffee shop. Samlors available on the road at the front of the hotel - didn't take the walk into town I'd guess it takes about 15 minutes at a brisk walk. 7/11 about 10 mins walk away. "

"I have stayed here many times now and am always happy, safe, and comfortable here. Breakfast is good and the lady working there in the morning is very accommodating to requests. Front desk personnel are also outstanding. Location very good and one street away from activity so much quieter than other nearby hotels. It's not a 5-star hotel so have reasonable expectations. Very good value for the money. Highly recommend."
