"A combination of this useless app and some idiot had placed the marker pin for this Hotel 150km away from where it actually is. So what a waste of money ! Tried in vain to recover my funds from Hotel .com or the Hotel, both blamed the other !! No refund. Awful treatment of customer from both parties. Goes with out saying i will never use this app again, watch out !! If You have a genuine problem you can forget getting your money back !! "

Contacted hotels.com to rectify the situation, but they(hotel) wouldn’t give me a refund according to hotels.com, and said they’d talk to the GM of the hotel to try and resolve it. "The owners go out of their way to make you feel at home. Many here are return visitors. You don’t need luxury. This has what you need. Hot shower. Fridge, great plants outside. Parking. Close to shopping and the market. The staff are extremely kind. Best stay in Thailand so far in terms of relaxation. Away from the pollution of Bangkok and traffic of Phuket. Take a bus from Bangkok. It’s 6 hours. Go visit so many different attractions. I will come back. "
