We stayed at the Divi Phoenix with friends to celebrate two birthdays. We had a great time. The resort is wonderful, the beach is so beautiful and the food at their restaurants is delicious. This was our second time to the Phoenix and will surely go back again.

Divi phoenix was terrific. Room was in the tower with ocean views. Very spacious and clean. Loved the location conveniently located to shops and lobby. Property was great. Would definitely come back next year. Great experience

Great Vacation at DIVI Phoenix
We had a great stay at the DIVI Phoenix. The room was a time share and staff was great, cleaned every day. Our contact to book the room made all the difference: very responsive, great and immediate support. She provided extra ideas where to eat and what to do. The room was a little dated but it worked well for us. Overall a great experience and we would book again.

Convenient
The property is very nice. The unit is convenient to get to the pool or the beach easily without having to do stairs or elevators. The property is a nice 5-10 minute stroll into town. Eagle beach is a nice walk from the hotel but not too far. The unit does need some updating and repairs. One example is all the drawers in the dressers need to be repaired or replaced. These are minor wear & tear things that would just improve the stay. Overall this unit was confortable & convenient.

The room and layout was very comfortable - next time would not stay in same location with noise from the bar and pool but that is easy to change. Easy access to beach and many popular locations in the area. Excellent service from concierge desk and very friendly staff.

Best staff I have interacted with. Prompt and friendly service. Since this is a VRBO rental, reminder that you don't check in at the front desk but with the Concierge. What a pleasure to be able to sit under cover with a chair at the beach without having to pay a fee every day. Kitchen is sparse (no oven) but adequate.

overall the property was clean and decent. The room we stayed in was a good size, but a bit dated. The shower/tub was old and not in great condition. The pictures on the VRBO site show our room and also a room in a different building (where my sister stayed) which was a lot more updated so that was a little mis-leading. We were vacationing with family so we had a great time and didn't spend much time in our room.

Great location lovely resort
Divi Phoenix resort was a beautiful resort. The employees there are very attentive to our needs and any questions we had. There was a major mixup between Divi Resorts and VRBO. It took myself and the VRBO owner six hours to straighten out a reservation. It was extremely stressful. I recommend that Guests call a couple days after the reservation to confirm it has been accepted by the front desk at the location in Aruba. I had multiple confirmations through VRBO that were not valid. The location and resort was great, unfortunately we did not get the room we expected. None the less it was a nice room. We had a wonderful trip and would come back.

Check in was a nightmare. Room confirmation wasn’t in there system and was in owners name (that we didn’t know) and took over an hour for management to figure out our booking. Restaurants and bars were overpriced! Beach was beautiful, pool could have used more chairs and shade.

Divi Phoenix - Great Place
Such a great experience! Room was nice and you can't beat the view of the beautiful water. Resort has a nice place to get sandwiches/salads and coffee to eat at the beach under a tiki hut. Only thing I would change is method to get your chairs in the morning--up at 5:00 am for a white chair and back down at 7:00 to get a chaise lounge chair. Wish it was once and done. Overall a great resort to visit.

Liliya was a pleasure to deal with. Rental property was as described. Had some issues with the safe but the staff was extremely responsive and took care of any issues we had. Hotel employees were extremely kind and couldn’t do enough to make our staff enjoyable. Would definitely go back as Aruba is an amazing island to vacation at. Weather was perfect.

Excellent location, right on the beach. The room was more than we expected—two sliders out to an oversized balcony with a beautiful view! We loved the multiple pools and two jacuzzis. The Pure Beach restaurant at the resort was super convenient & the food was very good. Liliya was fabulous—anytime I had a question, she responded immediately. The only drawback was the beach is very crowded; you have to get up at 6:30am & wait until 7:00am until they unlock the chaise lounges if you want to get a hut and have some shade for the day. The water is great for kids; the water stays shallow far out. Lots of places are within walking distance. Overall, an excellent value.

Great week!
This is the first time we rented a property on Vrbo and the room absolutely met our expectations. Kitchen, living area, and bedroom were all great but there two bathrooms that went beyond our expectations. The room overlooked the pool area and had an ocean view. Liliya was great to work with and helped us at the 11th hour when our flight was canceled and people were scrambling for rooms. I’d from her again np.

Due to covid I think there wasn't enough staff at the property so the services were slower... Hopefully in other times it would be better. If you want to sit at the beach you need to get there at 6:00 am.
