No complaints! Hotel was nice, staff was great. 5$-7$ will get you to palm or eagle beach. It is walkable if you would like to also. Great stay. They do have a resort fee.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities. The hotel has its own restaurant, and the breakfast was tasty, though it could be more varied. The beach is just across the road, accessible via a dedicated pathway. While not very large, it was sufficient for families with children. Additionally, there are plenty of restaurants within a 15-minute walk, making dining options quite convenient. Overall, a good experience!

I live coming to embassy suites this is our second year with a big group . I wish they were giving some kind of discount or perks of you come often . The property is amazing g so close to everything . Staff so friendly . People at breakfast are so nice please tip them . Please Tip bartenders who are giving hon free drinks for happy hour . Check in desk staff were friendly, efficient and provided lots of useful information. Our ocean view with 2 queen beds and view of ocean/pool was just as shown on the booking web page, well organized, well maintained and mostly quiet on an upper floor as we had requested. Leinith, our dedicated and creative housekeeper was outstanding. She was there working every day of our stay. She kept our room clean and created amazing folded animals from face towels, and other common clean toiletries, fabrics and flowers in the room. Creative skills well beyond the hard and important work of cleaning and organizing that she also did so well. Janice on the evening shift in the Brickstone's Restaurant was also top notch serving, recommending and making us feel fully on vacation. The pool restaurant and bar staff were always friendly and quick to take and deliver our orders. The team in the pool towel/equipment window was always happy, organized and efficient t and ready with a quick joke of the day. The valet team was always friendly and willing to call us a cab and to tag and watch our bags on the last day after checkout. The Only 2 negatives that we can think of were: There was one floor above us and there were loud thumping noises at 11p-1a for the last few nights of our stay. Issues with periodic sewer odors all along the coastline from Palm Beach down to Eagle Beach due to island overbuilding and inadequate wastewater treatment capacity to handle the population load.

The stay was nice. Breakfast is great and a lot of options (bacon was super greasy though, but not a total loss). The beach is directly across the street through a tunnel so you don't need to walk through the street. It is quite a distance from the shopping and restaurants about a 15-20 min walk (and itsss hottt). They are in the process of building a casino so that is great. My only issue is the restaurant onsite, the food choices are "meh." If you plan to stay at the resort and eat there daily, you will eat through the menu really quickly, which means you will need to go off the resort to eat. The pizza you order pool side is better than the pizza/flatbread you order inside (weird right?). Other than that, it was very nice, the staff is friendly and it is easy to get a taxi to the downtown area. Janice served my husband and I most nights and I have to admit, she mad the stay so much better, I loved her!! :-)
