Not a very good experience. The room smelled like mildew, it was dirty (I found dirty dental pick in the bathroom), couch stained, carpet dirty. Tv wasn’t working, we asked to get it fixed but no one showed up. We would not stay there again.

The staff was wonderful but the property was horrible!! The guests were loud tthroughout the hall way all night, the elevator kept getting stuck and let’s not mention having to shower in a different room because my shower was broken. THANK YOU Kay, jermaine and Donna for exceptional customer service!! They were the saving grace of this stay!

The check in was easy. But they have valet parking which was not convenient because they could not drive a manual car, so we paid for valet to park and pick up our car. The shower was also out of body wash, just not refilled. Staff was friendly

When we checked in for our wedding night before leaving on our honeymoon, we were told we had been downgraded to a double with an adjoining room with strangers. The bistro had very poor service. 30 minute wait for a sandwich. It was not busy. The front desk staff were very good. No fridge in the rooms. The hottest water temp in the shower was only mildly warm. The price was good. The bed was comfortable. It was clean.
