"We are a family of 3 staying in a business hotel and while the service of the check-in staff can be improved, the room size and proximity to the train and bus stations win us over. Plus my train-loving son enjoyed watching the train leaving the station from the window. That also means that if you are a light sleeper, do request for a room away from the train station. It is not super loud, but you definitely know it when there is a Shinkansen passing by. "

"It's conveniently located to the station, although Google maps takes you on a really random route. Standard room for two is cosy but, decent enough to have as a base. It's well stocked with good quality amenities and is very clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. We didn't have a chance to try out the spa. Overall brilliant experience for a well reasonable price.
